TRUE Commercial Real Estate inks deal at 57 W Market St.

York, PA — TRUE Commercial Real Estate announced the sale of York County restaurant and bar, Holy Hound Taproom. In this transaction, both Scott Eden (seller) and Royal Square Development & Construction Affiliate Group (buyer) were represented by brokers Ben Chiaro, CCIM and David Albright of TRUE Commercial Real Estate LLC, Lancaster. After nearly 13 years of serving the York Community with various beers and food, Holy Hound Taproom has new owners. A spokesperson for Royal Square Development & Construction has confirmed that an investment group affiliated with the company has purchased the restaurant with plans to keep the landmark establishment on Market St. for years to come. New ownership and management took effect as of March 31, 2025.
