The market is no longer February’s market…

Every commercial property owner, developer, broker and borrower I know has been affected by COVID. Prices have adjusted, financing terms have changed and the world is in a new place. No longer are we in the high flying 3.5%, 4.5% cap rate world or in an Interest Only MAX proceeds financing environment of February 2020.
