Over a 13-month period, D2 worked with local officials and engineers to design and plan the community of 292 single family homes. D2 coordinated all entitlements sold the approved subdivision to Freeman Homes.
D2 also voluntarily spent $350,000 for an archaeological study to search for and preserve any Native American or Colonial artifacts. Although no major artifacts were found.
D2 prides itself on going above and beyond local and state requirements when developing a new subdivision.
The sale continues D2’s successful investment into Sussex County which includes over 1000 approved lots in one of the hottest residential markets in the country.
