BALTIMORE, MD — St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company has promoted Brett Foelber to assistant vice president, marketing. Foelber, who has more than 15 years of marketing communications experience, joined the company in 2021 and was formerly director of marketing.
Foelber is responsible for directing all St. John Properties’ marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for internal and external audiences. These responsibilities include developing and executing impactful strategies to promote and maintain the corporate brand and messaging, as well as drive leasing and sales activity on a national, regional, and local scale. Foelber oversees the in-house production of all marketing collateral, presentations and advertising materials, directs the company’s social media and digital presence, and plans and executes special event programming.
Prior to joining St. John Properties, Foelber served as marketing director for MCB Real Estate.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from McDaniel College and played on the men’s varsity basketball team. His involvement with community activities includes working as a Green & Gold Ambassador for McDaniel College, a Young Professional Board Member for The First Tee of Greater Baltimore, and a Volunteer Leader at LifePoint Church. He is a member of NAIOP Maryland.
