CARLSTADT, NJ — Russo Development and Russo Property Management have been named top 5 in midsize workplaces for employees in New Jersey. Conducted by NJ.COM and Energage, the recognition names the top private and public companies in New Jersey where workers were more pleased with their employers than in 2022, in specific relevance to the changes in the workplace environment in reaction to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
“Our company’s dedication to its outstanding employees has always been our top priority” said Ed Russo, CEO of Russo Development. “We have an amazing team across many disciplines that raise the bar for creativity and vision needed to deliver impactful projects, while continually providing the highest level of service to all of our clients, residents and tenants.”
The survey directly contacted employees with questions related to their top concerns, trust in leadership, purposes and satisfaction in their roles, feelings of supportiveness and encouragement, and having pride for the company for which they work.
Russo Development was ranked number five among midsized NJ companies, ranging from 155-499 employees. Russo employs more than 160 people in the state. The 2023 survey is of particular importance due to the pandemic’s ‘great resignation’, where more than 50 million people left their jobs in 2022 according to the Labor Department. MAREJ
Russo’s ability to not only retain their employees, but satisfy them throughout and after the pandemic, represents the company’s commitment to its workforce during these challenging times and the integral part each team member plays in the company.
