Rockaway stated that the number one key to a successful sales process is effectively guiding prospects through each stage, from leads to loyal customers. Rockaway believes the best way to create a successful sales process is to gain “buy in from your team… come up with a process that works for you and your team and evaluate it every so often… Things change from time to time and the team needs to constantly update and tweak processes.”
