Westfield, NJ — Ryan Teicher, CEO of REDCOM Design & Construction, was a recent guest on the ‘Hollis Chapman Show’. REDCOM specializes in commercial design-build engineering, architecture, and construction.
In conversation with Chapman, Teicher discussed his career in construction. He emphasized the importance of collaboration and humility in his leadership style to deliver high quality projects, “My sense of respect and my sense of calm is what helps guide my team through stressful situations.”
When asked about concerns of tariffs under the Trump administration affecting the supply and pricing of construction supplies, Teicher explained, “Maintaining strong relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers is important for us to get as competitive prices as we can. We leverage those relationships that we’ve had for four decades and pass those savings on to our clients.”
