Allentown Economic Development Corporation purchases 801 W. Greenleaf St.
Allentown, PA — NAI Summit announced the successful sale of 801 W. Greenleaf St., a 32,329 s/f industrial/warehouse building in downtown Allentown, to the Allentown Economic Development Corporation (AEDC). As a nonprofit organization focused on revitalizing urban manufacturing, AEDC has been instrumental in redeveloping properties, manufacturing in Allentown incubating business, and supporting the growth of Allentown’s manufacturing sector. Senior vice presidents Mike Adams and Sarah Finney Miller represented the seller, Spartan Brands, a leading manufacturer of high-quality personal care products. The property sold for $1.4 million on June 27, 2024.
The property features a two-story industrial layout with warehouse areas and street access on both levels, a loading dock, freight elevator and a separate parking lot.
The former use of the building was light manufacturing and warehousing, and its proximity to Route 22 and Route 145 provides easy access throughout the region.” This sale represents a significant opportunity for AEDC to further its mission of revitalizing urban manufacturing in Allentown,” said Adams.

The Allentown Economic Development Corporation plans to lease one or both floors and is in negotiations with potential tenants. As part of a sale-lease back agreement, Spartan Brands will complete a short occupancy of the building.”
