Florence, NJ — NAI Mertz, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm conducting business throughout the United States, and globally, from its regional offices in New Jersey, greater Philadelphia and northeastern Pennsylvania, recently announced that president, Scott Mertz, SIOR, recently represented DNA Motoring, one of the largest retailers and distributors in the automotive aftermarket industry, in its lease of 839 Railroad Ave., a 300,700 s/f industrial building currently under construction in Florence, NJ. Tony Rod of Lee and Associates represented the landlord, Black Creek Group.
Black Creek Group is the developer of the class A industrial building that will feature 36-foot clear ceilings, along with ample loading and trailer parking. DNA Motoring will occupy the entire facility upon its completion in the second quarter of this year. The primary selling point of the property is its location. The site is less than a mile from Exit 6A of the New Jersey Turnpike Extension, which provides access to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Turnpikes. I-295 is also within two miles.
“The Florence/Burlington area continues to be the epicenter of industrial development and leasing activity in southern New Jersey,” stated Mertz. “This transaction is typical of recent activity in the area with Class A buildings fully leasing prior to delivering to market,” he added.
