NAI James E. Hanson inks 27,567 s/f in NNJ transactions


NORTHER NJ — NAI James E. Hanson announced a series of successful transactions in Northern NJ.

The firm recently negotiated the lease of a 10,200 s/f industrial/flex building at 11 Millpond Dr. in Lafayette. NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented both the landlord, 11 Millpond Dr., LLC, and the tenant, Cobera Automotive, Inc., in the transaction.

NAI James E. Hanson orchestrated a 2,557 s/f renewal for Clark Dermatology, LLC, at 36 Newark Ave., and a 1,776 s/f relocation for The Heart Center of the Oranges at 5 Franklin Ave., within Clara Maass Medical Center's campus. Team Lizzack-Horning, comprising Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, represented the landlord, Everest Healthcare Properties, LLC, in these transactions.

NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a 3,474 s/f lease at 300 Grand Ave. in Englewood. NAI James E. Hanson’s Anthony Cassano, VP, represented both the landlord, Alza Unc 74 Grand Ave Englewood NJ, and the tenant, AM/PM Walk-In Urgent Care, in the transaction.

NAI James E. Hanson facilitated the sale of a 9,560 s/f office and industrial building at 305 Palmer Rd. in Denville, with Joseph Vindigni representing the seller, Venturini Investments Group Ltd., while the buyer, Groome Industrial Service Group, LLC, was represented by Charity Realty International, LLC.
