East Windsor, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated the lease of a 3,761 s/f medical space in the East Windsor Medical Campus at 300B Princeton Hightstown Rd., Suite 202 in East Windsor. NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning comprised of Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE represented the tenant Restore First Health NJ LLC and NAI Mertz represented the landlord Princeton 300B Holdings LLC in the transaction.
Restore Health NJ’s, a specialized medical practice focused on a mobile, advanced chronic wound therapy, previously occupied a space located in Cranbury. that was its first NJ office. East Windsor sits approximately four miles away from Cranbury, which allows for a seamless adjustment for its existing patients. Restore First Health has five additional offices located in GA.
East Windsor Medical Campus, a Class A Medical office complex, offers excellent access to the NJ Turnpike, NJ 130 and Rte. 33 Bypass.
