Rosslyn, VA — Monday Properties announced the successful recapitalization of its 2.10-acre urban infill development site in the heart of Rosslyn, encompassing 1401 Wilson Blvd. and 1400 Key Blvd. BH3 Management, a vertically integrated real estate platform, provided the financing.
