Northern, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), an industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced its leased the entirety of 8 Hook Rd. in Bayonne, a 65,300 s/f industrial building, to United Porte.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Eric Koons, vice president, and Benito Abbate, sales associate, of BRC represented the landlord, New 8 Hook LLC. The tenant was represented by Jeffrey Realty in the transaction.

8 Hook Rd. in Bayonne, is a 65,300 s/f industrial property located near Rte. 440, I-78, the New Jersey Tpke. and the Holland Tunnel to downtown Manhattan. The property features 5,000 s/f offices, 20-foot ceilings, 18 tailboards, three drive-in doors, wet sprinklers, 800 amps power.
In other news, The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. announced it leased 58,100 s/f at 2500 Brunswick Ave. in Linden, a 208,000 s/f, seven-building industrial complex, to Ben Tire LLC.
