Livingston, NJ — In a transaction arranged by CBRE and JLL, McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia, P.C. (MKCI), one of the nation’s premier law firms representing a diverse range of clients from large corporations and insurance companies to small businesses and individuals, inked a 13,558 sq. ft. office lease at Eastman Companies’ The Eisenhower, a Class A office complex located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, NJ. The law firm previously occupied temporary, fully furnished offices at the property prior to its long-term lease commitment.
The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaign at The Eisenhower and represented Eastman Companies in the negotiations.
