Heather Kreiger, CCIM, a seasoned brokerage advisor with over 19 years of experience in CRE research and brokerage, most recently of High Associates Ltd., has joined Lee & Associates as the regional research director for its statewide enterprise offices in Eastern and Western Pennsylvania.
Heather Kreiger brings a wealth of expertise to Lee & Associates, having demonstrated her proficiency in market analysis, user decision strategies, as well as financial and investment analysis. In addition, she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
With an extensive background in research, analytics, GIS, and marketing, Heather brings a full-suite of experience and capabilities to create effective and accurate reports and studies, as well as forward looking trends in our markets and industry. Her passion, drive, and energy have consistently enabled her to exceed clients' expectations, making her a valuable asset to the Lee & Associates team.
