York, PA — Larken Associates announced the completion of a new community amenity package at The Oaks at Copper Chase, a 13-building, 107-unit luxury multifamily community located at 3145 Honey Run Dr. in York.
Completed by Core Enterprises, Larken Associates’ in-house construction division, the new amenities include a tot lot with sensory-sensitive playground equipment, a bark park with designated areas for large and small dogs, and newly cemented sidewalks.
