Larken Associates’ new Pohatcong, NJ multifamily community over 50% leased

120-unit luxury multifamily complex at 1001 Monte View Dr. approaches completion


Pohatcong, NJ — Larken Associates, one of the regional leaders in real estate building, development and management, announced that Monte View at Pohatcong, its brand-new 120-unit luxury multifamily complex at 1001 Monte View Dr. in Pohatcong, is over 50% leased ahead of its April 2025 full completion.

Welcoming its first residents in November 2024, Monte View at Pohatcong is located just off I-78 less than a mile from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border in western Warren County. The community consists of three multi-story garden-style buildings and one four-story elevatored building featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments, plus a ground-level clubhouse. Once completed, residents will enjoy a resort-style amenity package comprising a heated outdoor pool, dog run, tot lot, fitness center, co-working center, game room, and more.

Monte View at Pohatcong is the latest addition to the firm’s expansive Larken Living residential portfolio. Since 2023, Larken Associates has added over 500 units to its portfolio with the completion of two luxury multifamily communities in central New Jersey – The Reserve at Crosswicks in Bordentown and The Ridge at Readington in Whitehouse Station.

Looking ahead, Larken Associates is set to further expand its residential portfolio with the addition of Trailside Village, a 21-building, 420-until luxury multifamily community in Forks Township, Pennsylvania that is currently under construction and slated for completion in 2026.
