Larken Associates expands Greenwich Commons portfolio

Stewartsville, NJ — Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, has signed two medical office leases at Greenwich Commons located at 1 Greenwich St. in Stewartsville. Hunterdon Health has leased a 10,000 s/f space and Tri County Care Management Organization (Tri County CMO) has leased a 10,217 s/f space.

Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken Associates’ in-house brokerage division, represented the firm in the transaction with Hunterdon Health. In the transaction with Tri County CMO, JLL represented Larken Associates and CBRE represented the tenant.

With an expansive network of more than 30 primary and specialty care practices throughout northern and central New Jersey, Hunterdon Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in the state. The provider currently has several locations across Larken Associates’ commercial portfolio including Strykers Plaza, Raritan Crossing, The Village at Hawk Pointe and Raritan Commons.

Serving Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset counties, Tri County CMO is a nonprofit organization that provides children and young adults with support services for behavioral, emotional, social and mental health challenges, as well as developmental/intellectual disabilities and substance abuse issues. Tri County CMO is also a tenant at Branchburg Centre, Larken Associates’ 109,000 s/f professional and medical office complex located at 3040 Rte. 22 West in Branchburg.
