BALTIMORE, MD — St. John Properties, Inc. has selected Lance Moore as project manager, tenant improvement in the company’s Interior Construction division. Moore brings more than five years of construction management experience to the company as a superintendent.
Moore will manage tenant build-out projects to completion throughout the St. John Properties portfolio across Maryland. His responsibilities will entail the oversight of all day-to-day interior construction activities on-site, acting as the main point-of-contact with third-party subcontracting companies, interacting with clients during the tenant build-out process, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and adhering to safety protocols.
Moore will interact with the company’s in-house Leasing and Interior Design teams to ensure on-time tenant build-out deliveries.
Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Morgan State University’s School of Architecture & Planning.
“Activity in our interior construction division remains extremely robust with tenant build-out and improvement assignments. We were in need of a self-starting professional with a diverse skillset to manage complex construction activities,” stated Tom Nelson, St. John Properties’ Vice President of Interior Construction. “We are extremely impressed with Lance’s construction management experience, demonstrated work ethic, and believe he has the talent to successfully navigate challenging assignments, complete spaces in a timely fashion and exceed the expectations of our clients.”
