NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Jeffery Realty announced recent transactions involving several New Jersey commercial real estate properties.
The transactions included:
• Three tenants signed leases at Morris Marketplace, 191 East Hanover Ave., Morris Twp. AT&T, European Wax Center, and Scenthound are leasing a total of 4,650 s/f of space at the shopping center. Steve Battista and William Lenaz represented Morris Marketplace.
• GNC signed leases at Deptford Plaza in Deptford, NJ, and Hooper Commons in Toms River, totaling 3,400 s/f of space. Shane Wierks and Alan Walker worked with Joe Allegro, Giorgio Vasilis, and Justin Goodman of Sitar in Deptford and Shane Hart and Joe Dougherty of Metro Commercial on Hooper Commons.
• The sale of AAMCO Transmissions at 559 Bloomfield Ave. in West Caldwell. The auto repair shop was sold to a private investor. Bill Farkas represented the seller and Jon Corbiscello of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
• Three tenants signed leases at Rockaway Town Plaza, 395 Mt. Hope Ave. in Rockaway. Mezeh Mediterranean Grill, Crumbl Cookies, and Sleep Number are leasing a total of 7,045 s/f of space at the shopping center. Matt Kenderian and Mike Testa represented the shopping center.
