Hartz Mountain inks two new leases for logistics/warehouse building in Cranford, NJ

132,000 s/f building phase two plan unveiled


Cranford, NJ — Hartz Mountain Industries, a Secaucus, NJ based real estate company focused on industrial and multi-family assets, announced two new lease signings for 109,200 s/f of logistics/warehouse space at 740 Walnut Ave., Cranford.

With these lease signings 740 Cranford Ave., Phase 1 of a 2 Phase logistics/warehouse building complex, has been fully pre-leased before completion of construction.
