David Paster joins Bussel Realty Corp. as vice president



EDISON, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced David Paster has joined the brokerage division as a VP.

“David is a 40-year seasoned veteran in the leasing and management of industrial and commercial real estate in the New Jersey market, and we are delighted that he has joined our firm,” said Steve Bussel, SIOR, president of BRC. “His in-depth experience in leasing and negotiating ensures our clients the highest level of brokerage services.”

Paster has 40 years of experience in leasing and managing more than 50 million s/f of industrial and commercial real estate in New Jersey. Formerly, he served as vice president of leasing at Heller Industrial Parks, headquartered in Edison, in leasing its 16 million s/f portfolio for 23 years. Previous to Heller, Paster acted as vice president of property management at United States Land Resources, headquartered in Morristown, in managing its 59 properties, comprising 6 million s/f, for 13 years. Prior to this, Paster served as a Commercial Real Estate Representative at Sholom & Zuckerbrot Associates in Edison, representing owners and users in leasing more than 600,000 s/f of commercial real estate for 4 years.
