PENNSYLVANIA — NAI CIR has recently executed a series of significant real estate transactions across Pennsylvania.
The 11-acre site, located at Shady Lane in Muncy, was purchased by Shady Lane Partners LLC. The land will be converted into a solar farm to generate electricity for the area. David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.
Alderman represented Adamsdale Rd Land Partners LLC in the purchase of a 5-acre site, located at 0 Route SR-2010 SS W Adamsdale in Schuylkill Haven. This land will be converted into a solar farm.
Shippensburg University has leased space at 401 E. Louther St. in Carlisle. The University will utilize the new space as an additional administrative office. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
The 1,775 s/f retail space located at 900 N. 3rd St. in Harrisburg has been leased to new restaurant, Notcha Average Kitchen. This marks owners Kirra Clark and Jamel Easter’s first storefront in Harrisburg. With a growing clientele looking for catering and event hosting, Clark is looking forward to bringing her restaurant vision to life. Notcha Average Kitchen will be offering a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options to the city of Harrisburg. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord and Corbo represented the tenant.
The 1,300 s/f suite located at 1156 Walnut Bottom Rd. has been leased to Senior Helpers. Senior Helpers Harrisburg is an in-home senior care provider offering tailored home care services ranging from companion care to in-depth specialized care for those with Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons, etc. Headquartered in Camp Hill, this location will serve as a satellite office to hire and train new care givers to improve the well-being of seniors needing assistance in Cumberland County. Owner, Scott Gerson, plans to open this location in the fall. Corbo represented the tenant in the transaction.
The 2,400 s/f retail property located at 2550 Freemansburg Ave. in Easton, has been sold to a local investor. The space will continue to be used as an Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Daniel J. Alderman, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.
