Philadelphia, PA — CBRE announced that industry veterans Chris Munley and Colin Behr have joined CBRE Capital Markets to focus on sales of open-air, multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Munley, joining as an executive VP, brings more than 14 years of industry experience with a focus on multi-tenant shopping center sales transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast US. Throughout his career, he has closed more than $6.4 billion in retail transactions.
Behr, joining as a senior VP, has more than 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and also specializes in multi-tenant shopping center sales transactions. He has completed more than $4.5 billion in retail transactions.
Munley and Behr are both joining CBRE from JLL, where they were senior managing directors of the firm’s Capital Markets team.
