HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ — Bertone Piccini LLP has hired three new attorneys: Anthony Bianco, David J. Heintjes and Daniel Hwang. Bianco will join the firm as a partner and Heintjes and Hwang will serve as attorneys to support the firm’s growing roster of businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations, publicly traded corporations and commercial real estate clients.

Bianco received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and has a proven track record of success in New Jersey State and Federal Courts practicing commercial litigation, personal injury and real estate law. During his career, Bianco has achieved seven-figure results against Fortune 500 companies on complex litigated matters. Prior to starting his own law firm, Bianco served as an associate at McElroy Deutsch, where he practiced defense litigation specializing in commercial litigation, general professional malpractices, insurance coverage and commercial contract disputes.

Heintjes, joining the firm as of counsel, earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and has over 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Throughout his career, he has represented employers, public entities, independent authorities and boards of education. Heintjes owned his own firm for over a decade prior to working as a partner for Weiner Law Group.

Hwang received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and has extensive experience practicing commercial real estate law. He specializes in real estate purchases and sales, commercial real estate sales, leasing, bankruptcy and real estate financing for clients in northern New Jersey and NYC.
Since its founding in 2011 by Grace C. Bertone and Jeremy S. Piccini, the firm has expanded to include 14 attorneys, with practice areas including commercial real estate, corporate and business transactions, litigation, personal injury, labor and employment, estate planning, estate administration and more.
