Newmark represents owner in transaction
Teaneck, NJ — Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announces that Regional Cancer Care Associates has signed a lease for 5,499 s/f of headquarters and administrative office space at Glenpointe Centre West, part of the company’s iconic northern New Jersey Glenpointe corporate campus located in Teaneck. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson and Cresa’s Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks represented Regional Cancer Care Associates in the transaction.
Relocating from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ 335,000 s/f class A Court Plaza office complex in Hackensack, Regional Cancer Care Associates is one of the largest oncology physician networks in the United States. The network is transforming oncology care by ensuring that cancer patients have access to the highest-quality, most comprehensive, cutting-edge treatments in a compassionate and community-based setting.
The relocation of Regional Cancer Care Associates builds upon Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ strong leasing activity at the 670,000 s/f Glenpointe corporate campus in 2022. Since the start of last year, the firm has negotiated nearly 100,000 square feet of leases with a wide range of companies including Cornea and Laser Eye Institute, Leica Camera, Axia Women’s Health, and HK Kolmar.
