Alderman of NAI CIR sells Bridge Street investment in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania


CENTRAL PA — NAI CIR completed the following transactions in Central PA:

The investment property consisting of six retail/office units and seven apartments located in 301-311 Bridge St. and 217 3rd St., have been sold to Badger Club, LLC. With the revitalization of neighboring properties in the heart of New Cumberland under way, this investment offers great potential. Daniel Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the property owner in this transaction.

314 S. Progress Ave. in Harrisburg has been sold to Myhy Dieu Ho and Minh Quang Nguyen. The 1,850 s/f free-standing building sits on 0.37 acres and features 14 parking spaces. Alderman represented the seller, Own It Real Estate & Rentals, LLC, and David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer.

103 W Main St. in the heart of Annville has been sold to Pho Bar & Grille, LLC. The 10,000 s/f space will be converted into a pho restaurant. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller, and Faraz Cheema, of Coldwell Banker Realty, represented the buyer.

The 6,688 s/f office building on 1.2 acres located at 3901 N. Front St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Freeburn Law. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller, Mid Penn Bank, and Chris Wilsbach, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.

The 6,000 s/f retail space located at 2771 Paxton St. in Harrisburg has been leased to 101 Distributers, LLC. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord, Mike Murphy Rentals, and Frank Messina, of JC Bar, represented the tenant.

The 9,700 s/f retail investment located at 5-15 S. Belmont St. in York has been sold to local investor, MOLT, LLC. The retail property consists of five suites for a multi-tenant redevelopment opportunity.

Corbo represented the seller and Sgagias represented the buyer in the transaction.

The 17.45 AC event venue, located on Laurel Rock Ln. in Mifflintown has been sold to Laurel Rock, LLC. Ryan Murray and Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller and Mike Smith, of Jack Gaughen Network Services Hower and Associates, represented the buyer.
