What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

I’d have to say representing the buyer in the recent sale of the former Black Thorn Restaurant & Pub in Kenilworth, NJ. The buyer is an Italian based telehandler distributor who was looking for 1-2 acres of raw land to park their construction cranes. Being in such a tight market around the ports for truck parking, the assignment felt like finding a needle in a haystack. However, my father and I got creative by sending the client a bank-owned restaurant property, which sat on 2 acres of land, as soon as it went up for sale. We got into a bit of a bidding war and almost lost out to anther buyer looking to do a multi-family development, but we counseled our client through the negotiations and ultimately secured the property and were able to close right at the beginning weeks of the COVID19 lockdowns.
