WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Global commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International Group Inc. announced that Patrick Norris has returned to the company as associate director of Capital Markets & Investment Services. Norris will specialize in business development and the execution of institutional and private investor sale transactions throughout New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state metropolitan region. Norris first joined Colliers International’s New Jersey office as an office leasing broker in 2016, where he played a significant role in growing the firm’s presence in the Princeton market. He was selected to joined the firm’s Capital Markets & Investment Services team in 2017 and worked closely with executive managing director Jacklene Chesler, who has achieved Everest status four out of the last five years and has been recognized as one of Colliers’ top sector professionals nationally.
