David Townes, of the commercial real estate service firm’s retail team, brokered the long-term leases for the properties. Townes serves as exclusive leasing agent in the NY Metropolitan Area for the franchise, which has over 300 locations nationwide and is rapidly expanding throughout the tri-state area.
