Henrico County, VA — Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented Bristol Maywill Partners, LLC in the purchase of 2.1 acres of land located at the intersection of Maywill and Thalbro Sts. (2033 Maywill St.) in Henrico County for the development of a five-story luxury urban apartment community. 2001 Maywill LLC sold the land to Bristol Maywill Partners, LLC for $2,000,000. The project is the residential component of a mixed-use development comprised of a five-story office building serving as the headquarters to Kinsale Insurance, plus a 630 space parking deck. The residential project, to be known as Tapestry West, has received a Plan of Development approval from Henrico County and is expected to commence construction in June of 2020.The Tapestry West development is the latest of a long list of projects of which Thalhimer’s David M. Smith has collaborated with Bristol Development Group’s Chief Investment Officer David Hanchrow, purchaser/developer of the property.
