Size: 39,705 SF Level: LEED Platinum The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency’s Headquarters expansion incorporates their initiative to manage and mitigate climate change. This LEED Platinum & Passive House project is the only one of its kind in the United States to date, as it renovates an adjacent historic building and constructs a new 8-story tower. The design utilizes electrochromic glass, exterior VRF mechanical units, 76 Photovoltaic panels, a living roof and the new tower cantilevers over the historic building. The collaborative office design includes break-out/flex spaces, office suites, varied teaming spaces and technology.
