Size: 81,000 SF Kinsley constructed this new eight-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel located in the McHenry Row mixed-use redevelopment with great views of the waterfront, Francis Scott Key Bridge and downtown Baltimore. The LEED-registered hotel includes Energy Star windows and insulation, VRF system and innovative storm water management. It was designed and constructed in the Courtyard by Marriott’s Cynergy high-rise prototype to maximize the building’s one-acre footprint, and features 126 guest rooms, a fitness center, meeting rooms, a business library, and a kitchen supporting a bistro bar and lounge.
