Location: Lancaster, PA Size: 87,000 SF With a 12-story, soaring glass façade topped by a sophisticated rooftop bar, the new East Tower at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square and Lancaster Convention Center, built by the High Construction Company, opened in July 2019. The project added 117 guest rooms, equipped with advanced amenities, two new restaurants, and a signature Marriott M Club Lounge to the 10-year old full-service hotel and convention center property. The overall expansion and refurbishment project also included guest room renovations of the hotel’s existing 18-story West Tower, upgrading guest room amenities in the West Tower to mirror those in the East Tower.
