MECHANICSBURG AND PITTSBURGH, PA — WSH Holdings, LLC recently acquired two properties for operations of West Shore Home. 3 Crossgates Dr., Mechanicsburg and 460 Rodi Rd., Pittsburgh.
The Harrisburg area-based home improvement company will be completing extensive renovations to both properties.
3 Crossgates Dr. is a 55,000 s/f office building that will serve as the company’s headquarters and operations center for over 200 employees.
460 Rodi Rd. is a multi-use property that will serve as office, showroom and warehouse for the Pittsburgh operations.
