WEST NYACK, NY — Turnbridge Equities has named Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Asset Services team as property manager for 250 West Nyack Rd. in West Nyack. The assignment marks Cushman & Wakefield’s third appointment by Turnbridge in 15 months; the team now oversees nearly 1.6 million s/f for the Manhattan-based investment and development firm.
