Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as managing agent for the 103,000 s/f shopping center located directly on Frankford Ave./Rte.13. Nutrition 215 will sell blended nutritional non-alcoholic drinks including energy tea and protein-based coffee. The drinks are designed to give health-conscious consumers a variety of options, whether meal replacements or post-workout snacks, according to Owner Alexander Rodriguez. The store will have lounge seating and WiFi. “It will be a positive, relaxing environment,” Rodriguez said. “I am excited to bring Nutrition 215 to Morrell Plaza. The center is accessible and well maintained, which was attractive to me as a business owner. In addition to being in a densely populated neighborhood, its location near area hospitals, colleges and universities will enable us to draw customers from those institutions as well.”
