SOUTH WHITEHALL, TWP., PA — Markward Group arranged the sale of the largest single residential/mixed use land sale in the last 10 years, in the region, to Kay Builders. Del Markward, SIOR, Ann Kline and Matt Macdonald represented the sellers in the 190-acre, Ridge Farms, property transaction. Ridge Farms is located along Cedar Crest Blvd., north of Walbert Avenue to Huckleberry Rd. in South Whitehall, Township. Kay Builders is in the beginning stages of the mixed-use development project for the 190 acres. Current plans are to build a 780-unit, mixed-use development; consisting of single homes, twin homes, townhomes, and apartments; with common open space for passive and active recreation. Commercial and retail space is also proposed for the property.
