LANCASTER, PA — The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of Liberty North, an award-winning class A mixed-use property at 1060 North Charlotte St. in Lancaster for $9.125 million.
Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with vice president Matt Wolf handling the assignment. Wolf also procured the purchaser.
“There was a significant amount of interest both locally and out of state for this property as Lancaster continues to be a very desirable area for investors,” said Wolf. “The purchaser is excited to increase their presence in downtown Lancaster.”
Built in 1923, the two-story, two building complex was renovated in 2011 and converted to 49 luxury apartments and separate commercials spaces.
The commercial spaces on the property are customizable from 3,000 to 10,500 s/f and consist of two office suites with long term leases in place. Rare for the City of Lancaster, the multi-use buildings offer onsite parking with other amenities inclusive of elevator access, a fitness room and a landscaped courtyard. Both residential and commercial spaces were fully occupied at time of the sale.
