HOPEWELL, NJ — Geosyntec Consultants has leased 8,886 s/f at Lindy Communities’ Princeton Place at Hopewell, in a long-term transaction orchestrated by Cushman & Wakefield. The global environmental consulting and engineering firm will relocate its regional office from Ewing, to the three-building, class A office campus in a flight-to-amenities move.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, Kevin Carton, Paul Giannone and Joe Vacca, based in the commercial real estate services firm’s Iselin office, represented Lindy Communities as long-time leasing agents for Princeton Place at Hopewell. Geosyntec Consultants was represented by Steve Tolkach from Newmark Knight Frank.
“Princeton Place at Hopewell’s trophy-quality space, amenity package and state-of-the-art infrastructure were major draws for Geosyntec,” Elfand noted. “The property’s 550-acre, collegiate campus-style environment – punctuated by pedestrian rock bridges, ponds and greenways – includes a 1.5 mile jogging trail, two ball fields, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts and a fitness center.
