“Failures are part of the process, learn from them to evolve”

Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in: I was an investor and minority General Partner in 12,000 residential units in Florida and the Southeast. Why did you choose the field/profession you are in today? I wanted to apply my real estate knowledge and success to help properties function at optimal performance. I strongly believe in exceptional customer service. What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2018? I increased my sales by 61% from 2017 and reached my annual quota in July of that year. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2018? Corvias, Higher Education Division, Howard University. I worked with Corvias to transform the student lifestyle experience by providing concierge to service the student residential buildings. We service seven residential buildings. How do you manage the work/life balance? I awake early in the morning to have time to myself. It allows time to read, meditate and exercise. I rarely compromise my morning routine.
