PHILADELPHIA, PA — JLL announced the promotion of Rob Fogarasi in a series of recent strategic additions to the Project and Development Services Group (PDS). Fogarasi will take on the role of senior vice president and market lead of PDS in the greater Philadelphia market.
In this role, Fogarasi will execute overall PDS strategy, oversee project management services and create innovative marketing and development initiatives while leading a skilled team of project managers.

Throughout his 26-year career, Fogarasi has led teams for projects across many industries and clients including AmerisourceBergen, Saint-Gobain, VWR International and more.
In his role with JLL, Fogarasi manages a number of client projects across diverse industries in the Philadelphia area. He serves as the owner’s representative for Comcast Spectacor’s multi-year renovation of the Wells Fargo Center sports and entertainment arena, as well as UGI Utilities’ headquarters project in its development of a 100,000 s/f class-A office building in Lancaster county.
