The land, which consists of approximately 3 areas, will be the location of a new 25,000 s/f dealership in Whitehall. The Seller, Gilboy Ford-Mercury, Inc. was represented by Steve Cihylik, CCIM from Hanna Frederick Commercial. “It has taken over five years to find the right property to build our new Harley-Davidson dealership” said Bob Eggstein, Owner of Keystone Harley-Davidson. “The Lehigh Valley represents a very high concentration of Harley riders and there has not been a Harley-Davidson dealership in the Lehigh Valley for more than 10 years. Additionally, the Harley-Davidson Motor Company was interested in having a dealership in the region again. I am very excited to bring the brand back to the area.
