What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Currently our Hampton Park Project, a 500,000 s/f mixed use project in Prince George’s County, MD (DC Metro) which is also a Qualified Opportunity Zone project. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? As head of marketing for ARCTRUST, social media has become a big part of how we market ourselves to different stakeholders of our business, be it developers, tenants, partners, etc. Technology has made the world move much faster and we do not want to get caught left behind. We have LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts and are just now introducing an Instragram account to our social media platform. What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to become as successful as you are today? When I graduated college I came from a communications background with a different career path in mind so early on I was challenged to find a way to use my background while learning real estate from the ground up. Luckily I was surrounded by great people to learn from. Who do you feel was most influential in your life when choosing this profession? My father and ARCTRUST CEO Robert Ambrosi. I unknowingly learned a lot about real estate when I was younger just being around him.
Michael Ambrosi, ARCTRUST
