What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
As trends change from suburban sprawl to redevelopment of urban centers, in particular the waterfront, so too have the projects that I work on. I’m proudest of the projects that I have managed over the last few years that ultimately transform properties from vacant industrial ruin to thriving residential or mixed use.
How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry?
Over the last several years I’ve presented on the design and construction management of remediation projects I’ve been involved with on the local, regional, and international level. My goal is to provide to property owners real-world examples of practical solutions and construction management approaches that GZA has developed to address complex contaminated sites that have allowed these sites to be redeveloped for industrial, mixed or residential use. Internally, I have mentored a number of GZA staff and am currently an instructor of our Project Manager Training program.
