What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
To shape Old Forge into the team we’ve become has been the most fulfilling endeavor I’ve ever had the privilege of leading.
What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Our recent alliances with day care operators has become a sizable portion of our portfolio – these are notable opportunities because each transaction provides a set of best practices for the next. We’ve separated ourselves in this space, and it’s exciting to see a specialty organically create a fit for itself in our capabilities.
How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? I contribute to the company by constantly driving our company’s growth through employee management and implementation of new policies and practices.
Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My father.
What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social media has had a great impact on my career as it seamlessly allows our firm to reach to a much larger client base than would have been possible if social media was not the at the stage it is today.
