Disposition/Sale of a 68 Unit portfolio in Westchester County, while structing sellers financing to new buyer and obtaining note-on-note financing with a senior participant. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Nyack College, +/- 150 acre, 500K s/f of existing buildings. Offered a short bridge loan to a sale for 24 months. Structured the debt with four co-lenders. The loan provided working capital as the college consolidated its exiting campus to relocate to NYC. The property is currently being marketed through CBRE’s disposition/sales team. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? Our company is comprised of smart, enthusiastic and as eager as a team you will find in the industry today. We all work hard to manage risk and provide complete transparency to our hundred fifty investors. The team member’s contribution as a whole is doing good and helping others while enhancing the communities we invest in each and every day. Our goal is to make money, but our job is to manage risk.
