The buyer was represented by Carol Lehman of Hostetter Realty and the seller was represented by Daniel Berger, CCIM, SIOR and Daniel Berger Jr., CCIM, of U. S. Commercial Realty Inc. Byron Manufacturing Inc. sold a +64,300 s/f industrial building located at 8 Barnhart Dr., Hanover to Carter Lumber Company. The buyer was represented by Andrew Meeder and Don Hudak of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate and the seller was represented by Daniel Berger, CCIM, SIOR and Daniel Berger Jr., CCIM, of U. S. Commercial Realty.
