BEDMINSTER, NJ — Advance Realty Investors, a Northeast U.S. owner, developer and manager of residential, industrial, mixed-use and class A office properties announced that it has hired Tom Walsh as managing director of development and construction solutions. A 40-year veteran of the New York/New Jersey commercial real estate industry, Walsh will team up with principal and managing director Daniel Cocoziello to oversee all aspects of development, renovations and construction on Advance’s rapidly diversifying portfolio, which includes several ongoing multifamily, industrial, office and mixed-use projects. With the addition of Walsh – who most recently served as principal and managing director of project management for Avison Young's New Jersey, New York and Boston offices – Advance is positioned to provide development and construction management services to large corporations and other strategic partners.
