Bussel Realty’s Blitt leases 47,000 s/f in New Brunswick


NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) leased the entirety of 16 Van Dyke Ave. in New Brunswick, a 47,000 s/f industrial property, to Upperclass Warehouse. David Blitt, senior vice president of BRC, represented the tenant, Upperclass Warehouse. The owner, Wick Companies, was represented in-house. 16 Van Dyke Avenue is an 47,600 s/f industrial property with access to Rtes. 1, 18 and 27, and is minutes to Downtown New Brunswick. The property features 18-foot ceiling heights, seven loading docks and one drive-in door, dry sprinklers, 800 amps of electric power and sits on 2.90 acres. In a second transaction, Bussel Realty Corp. leased 17,500 s/f at 1416 East Linden Ave. in Linden, an 84,600 s/f industrial property, bringing the facility to 100 percent occupancy. Jordan Metz, senior vice president of BRC, represented the landlord, Palacci Group. CBRE represented the tenant, Jordan East River, a moving and storage company with facilities in multiple markets.
